DESTINATION – PORT LOUIS (6 NIGHTS)

‘Mumbai to Mumbai Tour’ Guests will meet at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai as per the scheduled flight departure time and proceed to Port Louis. ‘Joining and Leaving Tour’ Guests will meet the group as per the schedule of the Day 1 of the tour, directly at the Port Louis Airport / Lunch restaurant/ Port Louis hotel according to the group schedule. Welcome to Port Louis – the Capital of Mauritius.

PORT LOUIS

Today we visit Pamplemousses, formally known as Sir Seewoosagur Botanic Gardens – home to an incredible variety of tropical plants, many of them indigenous. We then have a panoramic view of Port Louis city from Citadel Fort. Later we take the city orientation tour wherein we come across Catholic Church, Mosque, High Court building, Port Louis Theatre, French Colonial buildings etc. We shall enjoy shopping at Le Caudan waterfront in the evening.

PORT LOUIS – ILE AUX CERFS

Today we enjoy a high speed boat ride to Ile Aux Cerfs Island – the paradise island of Mauritius. Upon arrival, we behold and enjoy the beauty of the Island by taking a thrilling Para sailing ride. Later we enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of Mauritius. You have a chance to enjoy the aquatic activities like Banana Boat, Under Sea Walk and Jet scooter at an additional cost. All aquatic activities are subject to weather conditions.

PORT LOUIS – CASELA BIRD PARK

Today we visit Casela Bird Park – home to 150 species of birds from 5 different continents, including the lovely long necked Pink Pigeons which until recently were threatened with extinction. Later we shall enjoy shopping at Bagatelle mall of Mauritius.

Today we explore this beautiful island by ourselves. In the evening, we enjoy Sega dance – A distinctive style of music and dance. Please Note: Hotels in Mauritius generally offer free activities such as boating, kayaking and glass bottom boat ride. Guests can enjoy these activities in their free time.

Today we visit Model Ship Factory. Later we take the South Tour of Port Louis wherein we visit Trou Aux Cerfs also known as Murr’s Volcano – a dormant volcano but could become active at any time in the next thousands years, Grand Bassin – the Sacred Lake and Shiva Temple. Later we visit Curious Corner – A world full of illusions. Then we proceed to Chamarel village wherein we will come across Black River George, Chamarel Waterfalls – best waterfalls in Mauritius and Seven coloured Earths.

DEPARTURE FROM PORT LOUIS
